Maybelline Sunset Prisms!

!!!!!!Check out my giveaway here!!!!!!

Hey everyone! I'm so sorry I've been slacking a bit lately with my posts..I've been very very busy with work and haven't had the time but I'm back today to share with you a polish I recently rediscovered my love for. It's Maybelline Sunset Prisms, an amazing color for the beautiful summer weather. Since this is an older polish in my collection, it's not available in stores any more, but you can easily find it on Ebay and Amazon.com for super cheap prices.

Maybelline Sunset Prisms is the most gorgeous orange/tangerine shade with an green iridesent shimmer. Its truely the most unique polish in my collection and just screams SUMMER!

Sunlight, no flash.

Lowlight, no flash.

All pictures are shown with three coats. I used three coats for optimal coverage, although you can still see my nail line slightly. Obviously as you can tell this is a sheer polish, but worth taking the time for three coats since its an extremely fast dry formula. The bottle claims that it is "50 second nail color" and that is 100% true! This nail polish is of the fastest drying I've ever used. Application was also a dream! It applied smoothly and evenly without any mentionable problems.

As always with nail polishes like this, it was a bit difficult to photograph the green iridescent shimmer but please note it is so much stornger and more beautiful in person! It seems to be more obvious in low light but still very noticable in sunlight or direct light.

Overall, I'm definitely going to be wearing this on my nails a lot during the summer! Its gorgeous and a snap to apply!

  4. this colour is beautiful, it's like a light coral/apricot shade! And speed dry is always a nice feature because I hate waiting around for the polish to dry.
